Beloved ones <3 Happy Friday to you! May you have had a peaceful week. We are going trough intense Light body upgrades. Our Light body is our physical body as they are merging as one, and so is our higher self, we are merging all into one here. Magical <3
Right now we are increasing our vibrational frequency intensely. We are merging dimensions, it is absolutely stunning <3 This may require extra rest, stillness, nurture and sleep. Do so if feeling guided, to the extent possible in the moment.
Go out and charge yourself in the sun, if possible. I AM doing so today and it feels amazing.
