I came up with this yummy dessert the other night. It's a perfect raw,vegan alternative for dessert at the christmas table. Hope you love it as much as I do!
Ingredients (2 servings):
1 1/2 teaspoon shredded coconut
A pinch of cinnamon
Almond flakes to put on top
How to make it:
Chop up the bananas and orange in small cubes, put aside a few slices for decor.
Slice 3 dates in small pieces. Mix in a bowl. Add cinnamon and shredded coconut, mix well.
Put in small glasses or bowls, add the almond flakes, and slice the last date in half and put on top.
