My Current Favorite Drink, Ginger & Lemon Water


Beloved hearts <3 My current favorite drink is ginger and lemon water, it is so healthy and easy to make, and I drink it every day.


Ginger and Lemon Water:

1-2 teaspoons of minced fresh ginger. I Love the minced ginger in this, it is such a delight to chew on the little pieces, but you can make thin slices instead if you prefer a clearer look and feel to the drink.

1 tablespoon of lemon juice, you can squeeze lemon and then add the peel to the drink too, looks and tastes good.

Pour in a big glass; about 1 cup/2.5 dl cold water, and 1 cup/2.5 dl hot water, this creates a perfect temperature, add the ginger and lemon, let soak for a few minutes. 

Drink in pure joy <3

Fully Raw Cherry Milkshake for Valentine's Day

This heavenly delicious milkshake would be perfect for Valentine's Day <3


Fully Raw Cherry Milkshake for Valentine's Day

2 frozen bananas, diced 
2.5 dl/1 cup cherries 
2.5 dl/1 cup rice milk (or whatever vegan milk you prefer)
2 tbsp coconut milk (use the top opaque layer)
a pinch of vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy <3

Raw, Vegan "Candy Cane" Smoothie



I made this smoothie today, a raw, vegan peppermint piece of Christmas heaven;P and oh my jingle bells!!, it turned out sooo yummy. I hope you will like it too. Hugs <3


Raw, Vegan "Candy Cane" Smoothie

2 bananas
1.25 dl/1/2 cup coconut milk
1.25 dl/1/2 cup rice milk (or almond milk)
a small pinch vanilla
a pinch of ground cinnamon 
a few drops of peppermint flavoring
2.5 dl/1 cup red berries (I had red currants available so that is what I used, but would be delicious with strawberries as well)

Mix all ingredients except for the berries in a blender. When smooth, divide the smoothie in half, mix one half with the red berries. Pour the half without berries in a glass, then pour in the half with berries, with a little spoon- gently swirl together the two to make a beautiful white-red pattern.
Drink in bubbly bliss;)

Gingerbread Smoothie


This is a wonderfully yummy vegan gingerbread smoothie that I made last week. I AM sure you will Love it <3


Gingerbread Smoothie


1 cup/2.5 dl rice milk
1 banana
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger, ground
1/2 pinch cloves, ground
1/2 pinch vanilla
ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Drink in bliss;)

RAW, VEGAN FALL SMOOTHIE, CREAMY CARAMEL APPLE


I AM in such a fall mode already, haha, and today I felt like making a "fall smoothie", You know, something that has that cozy yummy vibe to it. Of course it had to be apples in it;) another fallish smoothie would be one with pumpkin in it, but I don't have any pumpkins at hand for the moment;P 

Raw, Vegan Fall Smoothie, Creamy Caramel Apple


2 cups/5 dl diced apples (I used frozen ones)
1 banana 
1 cup/2.5 dl rice or almond milk
1-2 tsp coconut sugar (or whatever sweetener You prefer, the coconut sugar gives a bit of a caramel taste)
a dash or two of cinnamon 

Mix all ingredients in a blender till fully smooth. Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon-coconut sugar on top. Then drink this yumminess and feel One with fall;)

EPIC CHERRY CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE



My grandparents gave me cherries that they have harvested in their garden so I decided to make something yummy with them. This smoothie turned out absolutely cerrylicious, I mean, cherries, chocolate... can never go wrong, they are a mach made in heaven for sure. <3

Epic Cherry Chocolate Smoothie


1 1/2 cup/3.75 dl cherries
2 bananas
1 cup/2.5 dl rice or almond milk
1 tbsp cacao or carob powder

Mix all ingredients till smooth in a blender. I sprinkled cacao nibs on top to make it extra amazing;)

RAW, VEGAN RHUBARB AND RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE


Absolutely delicious rhubarb and raspberry smoothie that I made the other day <3

2.5 dl/1/2 cup rhubarbs
2.5 dl/1/2 cup raspberries
1-2 bananas
2.5 dl/1 cup orange juice
2 pinches of cinnamon
a dash of vanilla

Mix together in a blender till smooth. Enjoy <3

1-2 pinch cinnamon

RAW, VEGAN SPINACH & GOOSEBERRY SMOOTHIE


I Love this smoothie so much! <3

1/2 liter (2 cups) spinach
1.25 dl (1/2 cup) gooseberries
1 banana
2.5 dl (1 cup) orange juice

Blend together till completely smooth in a blender. Enjoy <3

VEGAN COLD OR HOT CAROB DRINK


This drink is absolutely delicious <3 I personally LOVE the cold version, perfect for the summer. The hot version is lovely to drink when you need some warmth on a cold day <3

1.25 dl (1/2 cup) coconut water
2.5 dl (1 cup) almond or rice milk
2.5 dl (1 cup) water
3 tablespoons coconut milk. Use the top layer of opaque white stuff that has gathered at the top of the can.
4 tablespoons carob powder
3 pinches cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
ice (if You are making the cold version)

Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Heat up. Enjoy <3

RAW, VEGAN RASPBERRY & GOOSEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Absolutely DELICIOUS raspberry and gooseberry smoothie <3 Fully raw;)

1.25 dl (1/2 cup) Raspberries 
1.25 dl (1 cup) Gooseberries
1-2 Bananas
2.5 dl (1 cup) Almond - or Rice milk
2 pinches of Cinnamon

Blend it all together in a blender. Enjoy!

RAW COFFEE


This raw, vegan "coffee" is a great alternative for regular coffee. It will give You energy and a boost!

2.5 dl (1 cup) Coconut water
5 Dates
0.75 dl (1/4 cup) Carob powder
1 pinch Cinnamon
1 pinch of Vanilla

Blend together in a blender. (This gets kinda thick). If You would like the coffee to be thinner/thicker - add/reduce coconut water.

Enjoy with some raw, vegan truffles or candy:

Chocolate treats: raw-vegan-chocolate-candy



RAW, VEGAN BLACKBERRY SMOOTHIE


Yummy easy, simple blackberry smoothie <3

2.5 dl (1 cup) Blackberries
1 Banana
2.5 dl (1 cup) Orange juice

Blend together in a blender.

Enjoy!

Blackberries contain the antioxidant anthocyanin, which gives blackberries their dark color, this is an antioxidant that has been shown to reduce inflammation.
It also contains vitamin C, vitamin K, and fibers.

RAW, VEGAN CAROB MILKSHAKE


Perfect raw, vegan alternative to chocolate milkshake <3

1 frozen Banana (or put the banana in the freezer for about an hour before making the smoothie)
2 dl (4/5 cup) Almond or Rice milk
1 tablespoon Coconut milk. Use the top layer of opaque white stuff that has gathered at the top of the can.
1 tablespoon Carop powder
1 pinch of cinnamon

Blend it all together in a blender. Enjoy <3

Absolutely delicious gooseberry smoothie, and it's fully raw;)

2.5 dl (1 cup) frozen red Gooseberries (use non-frozen if you want the smoothie to be a bit warmer)
1-2 Bananas
2.5 dl (1 cup) Orange juice

Mix together in a blender <3

I made this yummy coconut milkshake today, it's vegan, and it's sugar free;)

2 Bananas. Put them in the freezer for an hour first.
3 tablespoons coconut milk. Use the top layer of opaque white stuff that has gathered at the top of the can.
2.5 dl (1 cup) Almond milk
1/2 tablespoon shredded coconut
A dash of Cinnamon

Mix it all together in a blender. Enjoy!

Absolutely amazing vegan strawberry smoothie!! Perfect for Valentine's Day <3

2 Bananas. Put them in the freezer for about an hour first.
3.5 dl (1 1/2 cup) Frozen Strawberries
2.5 dl (1 cup) Almond milk
1 tablespoon coconut milk. Use the top layer of opaque white stuff that has gathered at the top of the can.
A dash of Cinnamon

Mix it all together in a blender.

Tip: Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top when serving <3 


Enjoy!
